Through engaging and interactive lessons, the course seeks to enhance participants' employability by focusing on resume building, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette. Additionally, it fosters social confidence and teamwork by teaching networking skills, communication strategies, and community engagement. By the end of this course, participants will have developed a stronger foundation for pursuing independence and actively contributing to their communities.
